Jordan millhausen

Founder and head Trainer, Lacrosse specialist

Jordan Millhausen is the founder of Jb Performance. He is a NASM certified trainer with a NASM PES (Performance Enhancement Specialization).  His goal is to make people more confident through the art of training like an athlete. He specializes in lacrosse skills and performance training with over 15+ years of experience playing the sport. 

Corey bailey

Football specialist, strength & footwork

Corey Bailey is a Master Trainer and strength specialist with Jb Performance. While playing DII football, Corey received his degree in Exercise & Sports Science from Frostburg State University in 2018. Corey's goal is to make strength training a staple in everyone's workout plan no matter your age or gender. If you are looking to get stronger or faster, he is your guy.

danielle forrest

Corrective Exercise, Basketball Specialist

Danielle Forrest is a Master Trainer, basketball skills trainer, and weight loss specialist with Jb Performance. Danielle is a former 1,000 point scorer, 1st team all region player, and played D1 at Morgan State University.  She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Kettlebell Specialist, and a TRX Qualified Trainer. 

Jamie Sylvia

Strength & Weight-loss, Soccer Specialist

Jamie Sylvia is a Master Trainer with Jb Performance. He graduated from Towson University with a degree in Exercise Science. His goal is to safely progress clients through a challenging and effective workout program. Jamie uses a ground up approach so all his clients can train like athletes.

Michael Atunrase

Celebrity Trainer, Weight-loss & Sports Performance

Michael Atunrase joins the Jb Performance team as a special guest trainer. Michael is a former NFL athlete and the creator and head coach of Resilience Fitness, our virtual class host. He is a thought leader in the health and fitness industry with over 10 years of experience working with adults, scholastic sports, and professional athletes.

Maddy Miller

Women's Lacrosse & corporate wellness

Maddy is a Master Trainer, lacrosse skills and performance trainer, and corporate wellness specialist with Jb Performance. She is a NASM certified personal trainer and former collegiate lacrosse athlete. She has extensive experience working with adults in the corporate wellness setting and teaches a variety of group exercise classes.
